1. How to Enter: The $5,000 Fabulous Fashion Giveaway ("Giveaway") begins 12:00:01 AM ET on March 1, 2008 and ends 11:59:59 PM ET on July 31, 2008. To enter, visit www.Spiegel.com, www.Newport-News.com, www.ABLambdin.com, www.Carabella.com, or Shapefx.com and subscribe for the corresponding brand’s e-newsletter by entering your email address, first and last name, zip code and date of birth. Once you submit your information, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway. You may subscribe to more than one e-newsletter to receive additional entries into the Giveaway for a maximum of five (5) entries. You must sign up for the e-newsletter by 11:59:59 PM ET on July 31, 2008 to be eligible for the drawing. Normal Internet access, phone and usage charges imposed by your on-line or phone service may apply. Limit one entry per person/email address, per brand.
2. Random Drawing: Grand Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing, on or about August 11, 2008, from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. ("Administrator"), an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this promotion.
3. Prizes and Odds of Winning: Grand Prizes (50): A $100 Gift Card for one of the following brands: Newport News, Spiegel, Carabella, AB Lambdin or Shape fx. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Gift Cards do not expire. If you have won a Grand Prize, you must respond to an email to verify your mailing address to receive your prize. Winner will receive specific Gift Card based on winner’s subscription at time of entry. Administrator will randomly select entry and if winner subscribed to more than one e-newsletter, whichever entry is selected, that e-newsletter’s brand will correspond to Gift Card awarded.
4. General Rules: No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event a prize is unavailable. In the event of a dispute, entries made by Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Grand Prize winners will be required to respond to an email requesting a mailing address, within 10 days of notification attempt. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or by use or redemption of any prize or by any related activities. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use winners’ names and likenesses for promotional purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law. The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the Giveaway materials or the offering or announcement of the prizes. In the event any dispute arises regarding the promotion, each participant agrees that such dispute shall be resolved by applying the laws of New York and that it shall be resolved within and by the courts of that state.
